Job:SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Location:New York City, or in Burbank, CA (Onsite)
A Candidate should have SAP SuccessFactors support projects experience
- S/he should be able Triage & resolve the logged incident and give the required solution according to define SLA
- S/he should be able Triage & Resolved the Response SLA other than EC module till the offshore team takes it for operation.
- S/he should be able to Co-ordinate with customer in case offshore team needs support
- S/he should be able to Maintain respective documentation up to date for EC
- S/he should be able to work on Change Request in case of approved CR is for development in area of EC.
- S/he should be able to Resolve and co-ordinate on the Problem mgmt. meeting and support
- S/he should be able to help in monthly Reporting to Onsite Service Manager
- S/he should be able to Adherence to SLA & KPI which are agreed to customer
- S/he should be able to keep the customer satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to customers
- S/he should be able to Lead a team from a technical perspective and enable effective communication between the team and the stakeholders
- S/he should be able to define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording, and resolution
