Position:- SAP Test LeadLocation:- Santa Clara, CA (3 Days Onsite and 2 Days Remote)Duration:- W2 Contract/Fulltime Job Description:- Required skill set -13 to 15 years of SAP testing experience in SIT, RT, and UATExperience in E2E SAP test automation either using Worksoft Certify or TOSCAPrior hands-on experience in SAP TCoE implementation experienceHands-on experience in designing SAP manual scripts, Test strategies, Test Plans, Testing readiness, and test executionImplementation of QA best practices and industry standardsExperience Test Data Readiness approachExposure and testing experience in S/4 migrationExperience in Client ALMExposure to BPCA execution and results.Strong SAP functional testing experience & Project ManagementGood communication, documentation & presentation skills.Good Project Management skills and experience in building Test management & reporting dashboards.Experience in onsite/offshore delivery modelStakeholder management, result, solution & process orientedExposure to the requirement traceability matrixExperience in defect management and centralized test repository maintenance.Wipro need a good test leader who has experience in managing big SAP implementations S4 Hana programs and must be a subject matter expert. No junior will work. The person will have to lead the test strategy for customer and give leadership guidance in executing the programs. Visa independent are priority and it strictly 3 days onsite.
