SAS Full Stack Developer 52 Chambers New York, NY 10007 (Hybrid Work Model) Preferred locale to New York City because will require to work on site. 35 hours/week (any OT must be approved by client supervisor) 3 years (with opportunity for extension) Require 3 reference to be submitted with resume. Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: The successful candidate must have minimally achieved the following level of experience: Minimum of 8+ years of expertise in SAS development.Minimum 8+ years expertise in SQL, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.Minimum 8+ years expertise in another scripting language - JavaScript, SAS, R, Python, PHP and/or other server-side languages; HTML5; CSS.Minimum 8+ years maintaining SAS codebase and SQL service data warehouseTechnologies: Technologies: SQL; SAS; other scripting language (R, and/or Python); JavaScript, Python, PHP and other server-side languages; HTML5; CSS Responsibilities: Full Stack Developer leads the effort to build and maintain complex, large datasets for use in OPE products to develop, deploy, and support interactive web tools.Support all development-related aspects of certain OPE products, including working to build scalable, secure, and dynamic web tools for all members of the , including back-end and front-end infrastructure, planning, testing, systems programming, and team process management; partnering to create long-term value, manage solution architecture, and ensure compliance with all standards, laws, and protocols; and technical development, testing, compliance, and final rollout of data infrastructure and sustained extract-transform-load (ETL) procedures that support school, field, and community-facing products.Plan, design, integrate, and develop back-end database-driven features, in collaboration with UX Designers and research analysts.Utilize the Python language and frameworks, such as Flask.Create interactive web user interfaces in JavaScript.Develop and deploy public- and school-facing websites in code that is cross-browser and cross-platform friendly.Provide technical advice and make recommendations to other team members.Support ongoing development and drive new development for OPE products and related underlying projects.Support all development-related aspects of OPE products, including:building scalable, secure, and dynamic web tools for all members of the , including back-end and front-end infrastructure, planning, testing, systems programming, and team process management;creating long-term value, manage solution architecture, and ensure compliance with all standards, laws, and protocols; andensuring the site stability and managing the technical execution of enhancements
