About the Role

The Manager Club Operations is responsible for all bar operations in the Nightclub and Dayclub while increasing revenues and creating an incredible guest experience in the club venues.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational needs of both the Nightclub and Dayclub including but not limited to:
  • Cocktail menu creation with specialty/craft cocktails
  • Ordering product and inventory management while maintaining costs
  • Venue repair and maintenance
  • OS&E inventory
• Set up and breakdown of club operations including special events within the clubs.
• Encourages team members to develop and participate in promotional and marketing concepts
• Understanding of federal, state and local laws regarding liquor, labor & health codes and statues. Enforces appropriate training for all team members involved for alcohol service.
• Hiring, scheduling and proper staffing of venues
• Provide strategic direction for the entertainment provided within the club venues to ensure venue performances are executed efficiently, safely and on schedule.
• In conjunction with Security staff, maintain proper occupancy, admittance and age controls in outlets
• Build strong relationships with representatives from liquor distributors and other vendors.

Essential Functions

• Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
• Must be able to move throughout the Clubs, Casino and Hotel areas
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours

Whats Required

• Experience required in managing high volume club environments
• Knowledge of liquor and bar compliance regulations
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Responsible Alcohol Management & "TIPS" training required
• Prior experience with POS systems
