This position requires your presence in our Los Angeles, California office twice per week. To maintain the spirit of teamwork and effective collaboration, we require all candidates to live within 100 miles of our Los Angeles, CA office. Additionally, this is a hybrid position that requires U.S. residency, and all candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

As an SEM/PPC Manager at Sepulveda Sanchez Law, you will play a crucial role in driving targeted traffic to our website and maximizing the return on investment from our paid advertising campaigns. We are looking for an individual who deeply understands SEM/PPC best practices, possesses a proven track record of successful campaign management, and demonstrates a passion for constantly staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in the personal injury industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our paid search and display advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEM/PPC strategies that align with Sepulveda Sanchez Law's business goals, emphasizing our core values.
• Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns, ensuring they reflect our commitment to client empathy and striving for the win.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and develop effective targeting strategies to reach our target audience.
• Craft compelling ad copy that not only drives click but also embodies our core values and resonates with our clients.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify areas for optimization and implement necessary improvements, embracing the spirit of constant and never-ending improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to enhance Sepulveda Sanchez Law's SEM/PPC performance and maintain a winning edge.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably within a law firm or other professional services setting.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, enabling you to optimize campaigns in line with our core values.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to inform your strategies and decisions.
• Experience with website optimization and content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring a seamless integration of SEM/PPC efforts with our online presence.
• Excellent copywriting skills to create compelling ad copy that aligns with our core values and drives conversions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data effectively to make informed decisions and achieve optimal results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively with cross-functional teams and uphold our value of teamwork.

The anticipated pay range for candidates in this position is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year. The final offer will be dependent on several factors, including years of experience within the job and the required industry, education, and alignment with our core values. Please note that Sepulveda Sanchez Law is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
