Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize digital marketing strategies across all areas of the marketing funnel, including Display, Lead Generation, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
• Utilize analytical skills to drive significant growth in all areas of digital marketing.
• Present complex information clearly and effectively to different audiences within the organization.
• Think strategically and have a passion for managing, reporting, and optimizing digital campaigns.
• Collaborate effectively and lead cross-functional teams, demonstrating exceptional written and oral communication skills, especially in team management.
• Develop skills in recruiting, developing, and managing supporting talent.
• Identify and test emerging marketing channels.
• Utilize platforms and tools such as Moz, Yext, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
• Write proposals for clients.
• Experience in brand positioning, audience research and development, omnichannel marketing strategies, and channel strategies.
• Research skills, including methodology development and the ability to make recommendations based on research findings.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in managing B2B clients and working with social media platforms in a professional environment.
• Strong research and strategy skills.
• Strong editing skills.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Ability to collaborate with others, multitask, and prioritize.
• Knowledge and experience in SEO are essential for this position.
• This position can be hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely as long as you are close enough to the office to attend occasionally, and also willing to work from the office in a hybrid model during the first few months. Full remote work is not offered in the first few months.
