Title: ServiceNow SMECharlotte NC- onsite 3 days per week. 10 month duration $65-70/hr w2 depending on candidate overall experience Visa limitations: USC/GC/GC-EAD preferred. NO OPT-EAD, NO STEM-EAD, NO TPS-EAD, NO H1-B for this or any position with this client. Note: The team is looking for seasoned technology consultant who have worked in Big Fours to help manage strategy in addition to providing technical support as required. Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence applications, network, information security, database, operating systems, or web technologies for highly complex business and technical needs across multiple groups. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Translate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions. Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization. Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Manager Notes:-Has worked as a Full Stack developer[Prabalika] and has SN Developer certification-Has advised clients on moving on using SN GRC tools to resolve Client business needs-All Resumes have to be submitted with an explanation of the exact nature of work done on GRC Module with Client specific business need that was resolved-Need a response on Customization versus Configuration in Service Now , including understanding of Licensing implication-Will need to work in matrix organizationJob Description:- 7+ Service Now developer skills are a requirement/ - Admin experience will not be counted [Prabalika]- 3+ years of Minimum Senior or Principal Developer level experience on SN implementation with clients- SN developer certification mandatory- 3+ years of minimum development on GRC modules of SN- 2+ Fintech experience in implementation SN as a developer- 2+ Experience in managing data integration internally as well as externally through SN
