Technical activities:Define and develop business requirements and functional specifications fornew and renewal clients.Support the documentation of SOW.Assist system development/configuration to both current business.Identify the improvement in solution to meet dynamic business requirementProcess activities:Analyze Smart Benefits enrolment and member activity data.Define all operation procedure in collaboration with clients, internal parties and3rd party vendors for on-line and off-line transaction.Document using established standards and templates.Follow change request for enhancements.Project management:Adhere to project or documentation standards defined by project management.Establish responsible deadlines and personal work plans and managesdelivery timeline effectively.Proactively keep the team aware of progress of assigned projects and tasks.Other support required by business.
