Purpose, Scope of Responsibility: Optimize and analyze the SMC production as well as work as a liaison between the floor and office staff.



Functions:

Essential:

-Drafts P-FMEA, Control Plan, and Work Instruction for SMC production

-Has understanding and experience in SMC molding

-Has ability to perform time studies to identify the bottle necks of the production process

-Has ability to create and modify the processes to make quality parts

-Ability to make continuous improvement on the production line as needs arise

-Ability to interpret part data in both 2D prints and 3D CAD

-Be the liaison between the production floor and the office staff with good communication skills



Education/Background/Experience:



-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field

-Strong written, verbal and analytical skills.

-Over 10 years of experience

-Good presentation skills, computer literate, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

-Will require a background check and driving record check.
