Job Description:
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Training Lead - ValGenesis, your role will involve delivering training sessions and assessments while effectively collaborating with engineering and other support areas to onboard complex, large-scale equipment to client operators. Take ownership and author training materials, documentation, and edited SOPs for compliance.
Provide full end-to-end training on ValGenesis
Effectively identify continuous improvement areas in the training methods and programs.
Prepare curated training content, schedules, trackers, and planners to optimize the initial and ongoing training program/s.
Incorporate novel ideas into training delivery to decrease the learning curve.
Research, explore, and document technical issues and produce enhancement opportunities, communicating trends to internal stakeholder
Integrate adult learning principles into training solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Ensure new process updates are shared and monitored, and participants' process knowledge retention is evaluated.
Prepare comprehensive training effectiveness reports
Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional departments to ensure that all training programs align with corporate goals and needs.
Determine any potential compliance issues and address or escalate them as needed.
(Remote Work Some travel may be required (travel expenses covered)
Qualifications:
Preferred: Master's Degree (i.e. Life Sciences, Information Technology/ Computer Science or related)
Relevant industry certifications (i.e. PMP, Scrum, LMS etc..)
Familiarity with a range of training tools and techniques (including e-learning, LMS, virtual lectures using videos, presentations, or various multimedia technology)
Strong Communication, written and presentation skills
