STEM Education & Engagement Manager

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced STEM Education & Engagement Manager to lead and support our team of STEM instructors while elevating our social media presence.
Responsibilities:
Inspire STEM Learning:
- Provide leadership to a team of STEM education instructors.
- Develop engaging curriculum and activities to foster hands-on learning.
Parent & Student Engagement:
- Act as the primary contact for parents, ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries.
- Organize demo classes and open houses to showcase our innovative STEM program.
Enrollment Success:
- Implement strategies to achieve monthly enrollment goals.
- Roll out new batches of classes with a focus on demand and program capacity.
Social Media Management:
- Drive our social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Craft compelling content and engage with our community across various platforms.
Analytics & Impact:
- Monitor and analyze metrics for both education and social media efforts.
- Prepare reports showcasing the impact and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, STEM, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing educational programs and driving social media engagement.
- Strong understanding of STEM education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
