As the Senior Vice President of Franchise Development, you will be responsible for managing the companys franchise development strategic vision, franchise sales effort, and franchise development sales and administrative staff; for developing and managing the market planning and territory analytics functions and for achieving the annual and long-term Franchise Development goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the franchise sales process including setting appropriate metrics that lead to successfully achieving quarterly and annual goals
• Nurture relationships with existing franchisees to support their expansion plans, facilitate resales and build a strong validation pool
• Develop and oversee the companys strategies and tactics relating to territory planning and market expansion.
• Provide input on the companys Franchise Disclosure Document and related agreements
• Create and be accountable for the companys annual budget for franchise development to achieve performance objectives and financial goals
• Develop and maintain detailed reporting, data and analytics on all aspects of the franchise development department's efforts
• Work with marketing to implement effective lead generation marketing; track performance and adjust plans accordingly
• Facilitate and manage relationships with broker networks to maximize broker referrals and broker referred sales
• Participate as an active member of the corporate leadership team, providing guidance on corporate strategic direction and overall business growth
• Lead the franchise sales team to achieve the companys short- and long-term objectives and strategies for new sales, transfers, and expansions. Recognize contributions of team members on an ongoing basis; celebrate individual and team accomplishments
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with an emphasis in business, or equivalent practical experience
• Ten (10) years of experience in franchise development leadership experience (including franchisee recruitment, site selection, market planning and real estate development)
• At least five (5) years of experience building teams and leading a department
• Track record of leading a high-performance franchise development team, establishing clear expectations, and monitoring progress and results on an ongoing basis
• Highly refined, demonstrated franchise recruiting and selection skills
• Superb relationship-building skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand complex contracts and other development-related documents (including franchise agreements, franchise disclosure documents, financing documents, letters of intent, purchase agreements, leases, etc.)
• Tech savvy: Microsoft 365, virtual technology, social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and similar applications
• Requires some travel i.e., industry tradeshows, conferences, in person client meetings
• Proven track record of sustained results in fast paced dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

$150,000 + Commissions
