Job title:

Project Manager
You will be part of SW Domain under MRI R&D responsible for Scanning and Recon team for PDLM and AD project Delivery.
Your role:

Maximizing value resulting from the work of the team.
Responsible to work with Global team for creating, maintaining, and communicating the Project plans and stories in the backlog to the team. Active involvement of the team in the development of the product goals and backlog.
Responsible for the backlog grooming/Planning of Scanning and Recon teams in terms of priority and content.
Responsible for creation of features and stories including the definition of acceptance criteria. This is done in coordination and collaboration with the team and architects.
Responsible for quality of development work by approving team deliverables.
Representation of the needs and interests of the stakeholders in the team.
Stakeholder management with global Project management team in a cross functional environment.
Creating team-level schedules by working with the team and architects.
Risk management, i.e. identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and communicating risks, as well as defining and implementing appropriate countermeasures.


You're the right fit if:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering or similar preferred.
3+ years of experience as Project Leader/Project Manager in product development.
8-10 years of experience in Project and Change management.
3+ years of team leadership experience (functional), also virtual teams.
Experience in medical device product releases preferred.

Attitude of transparency Must desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development and grow business trust.
Communicative and social Must be able to communicate well with individuals and teams, locally and remotely on a global-scale.
Facilitative Must be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team.
Assertive must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls.
Situationally Aware Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management.
Conflict resolution Must be able to facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches across cultural and language barriers.
Current Project Management Certification - Agile and Waterfall.
English language proficiency at professional level.
