Centurica is the premier provider of Due Diligence services for online business acquisitions. This means our clients hire us to review their acquisitions to ensure the business is what the seller says it is, uncover any risks, as well as identify growth opportunities.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical analyst, whose main responsibilities would be to cover Technical Due Diligence scope for Saas products & Apps. Ideally you would have a strong technical / product development background. Additional growth/marketer background would be beneficial as well.
We are looking to hire a Tech Analyst who can analyze tech for Saas & Apps businesses as a part of the due diligence process. Basically, youll need to do an audit of their tech and provide a report that we can share with our client that typically are Business Investors/Buyers looking to acquire Saas and/or Apps. We will work together with you on the scope of the audit. But you will be the one to perform it and prepare the findings.
Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong track record working on different SaaS projects, who is a great communicator, is hungry, takes initiative, is creative, and invests in continuous learning and growth. To ensure success as a SaaS Analyst you should be adept at data mining, business intelligence, report writing, and process optimization.
This will start as an remote hourly or project based role, but if it goes well there will be a lot of opportunities for similar projects. WIth the potential to full time.
We are looking for someone in North America/South America time zones as most of our team and clients are in these time zones. If the right fit, we could consider candidates from Europe as well.
Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Tech Stack assessment (How stable is the technology?; How easy is it to transfer to a new owner and maintain?
- Organization & Processes assessment (IT Strategy; Product/Software Development Processes; Efficiency of Service Ticket Resolution etc)
- Operations, Infrastructure & Security assessment (Architecture & Hosting; Data Security & Protection; API/Third-party Connections; Scalability)
- Competition Analysis (including Risk & Threats assessment)
- Quality Assessment
- Summary of the findings to Include Risk Assessment and/or Actionable strategic recommendations for the new owner.
