Qualifications:
B.S. in Safety, Environment, Engineering or Science discipline required. Min 2-4+years Project management experience. Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills as well as critical and innovative thinking. Demonstrated ability manages several complex work streams with multiple stakeholders at one time. A proven project management skill is a must! Excellent analytical abilities and solid base in engineering fundamentals. Demonstrated communication skills. Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to influence without a direct line of authority. Must have a customer service orientation with an understanding of how to provide outstanding customer service. Demonstrated ability to lead meetings with diverse set of customers/stakeholders. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook required. SharePoint would be a plus and Power App (HUGE plus).
Responsibilities:
Multiple site-level and above-site projects will be initiated by the site leaders, in order to progress Environmental, Health and Safety at the West Point facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of project scope, planning and evaluation of potential solutions, communication with stakeholders in order to obtain alignment as well as ensure on time project completion.
Development of communication materials and presentations to all levels of the organization will be required. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be required. Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk. Regularly analyze and communicate data and project status to client and team to achieve project goals. Provides project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends in consumable formats bi-weekly and monthly. The successful candidate must have the ability to work with minimum supervision and exercise independent judgment in the daily performance of his/her duties. Learn/follow all Safety, Health, Environmental, GMP and regulatory requirements (as required by task). Perform necessary administrative duties to insure maintenance of records, reports, and associated tasks
