Requirement:
Lead the engagement with the customer on Identify Management Access Administration/ User Access Provisioning front.
Have demonstrated experience of leading a team with offshore resources and multiple suppliers and vendors(link removed)>
Well acquainted with the complete process overflow for Identity lifecycle.
Hands on experience on Service Now(link removed)>
Strong experience on SailPoint usage and functionality(link removed)>
Strong experience on AD and Mainframe provisioning(link removed)>
Strong understanding of Service Management and Agile process/ practices.
Lead and prioritize efforts during critical and major incidents.
Experience on how vendors get Credentials and how to update Credential generator for new apps using VB excel scripts.
Experience on how to migrate new apps from Apps/ Server teams. App Onboarding and decommissioning process from IAM standpoint.
Led initiative to drive automation (thru RPA or others) for manual apps provisioning. Drive Automation initiatives.
Handle any ad hoc Audit requests, specifically SOX and other internal/ external audits
Demonstrated experience and understanding of VB scripting and PowerShell scripting
