Role: SailPoint Lead Developer

Location: Culver City, CA

Duration: Contract Only

Day 1 On-site only (Hybrid Model 3 days a week).

Client: Sony Pictures

Exp: Min 8 Years.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in developing, deploying and client adoption of SailPoint solutions
• Understand SailPoint as a tool
• Collaborate with the IDM Technical Team on the solution design
• Ability to explain the design to the offshore team
• Excellent understanding of IDM concepts
• Excellent communication skills required
• Ability to understand business requirements & communicate them with the development team
• Ability to communicate the updates to the onsite team
• Experience in working and coaching a team of developers, working in an Agile and DevOps environment
• Lead/Provide guidance to the offshore team
