Excellent written and verbal communications skills ? Experience working in a team environment and being a strong team player, working in a distributed team environment ? Strong analyst skills; gathering/documenting requirements and workflows ? Strong Identity Management concepts (Provisioning, User Flows, etc) ? Strong LDAP concepts & must have worked on some Directory Server ? Capable of acting as an SME and hands-on resolving critical production issues ? Experience in implementing IAM solutions for multi-territory / large scale environments ? Operations experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) ? OS and Application Patching ? Experience in Active Directory/OpenDJ/SunOne Directory ?
