Lead the recruitment process for new Salesforce development team members. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the team's skills and keep them up to date with Salesforce advancements. Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments. Act as a liaison between the development team and upper management, providing insights and updates. Lead the evaluation and adoption of new Salesforce tools and features to enhance development efficiency. Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement scalable and future-proof solutions using the latest Salesforce technologies. Encourage and support experimentation with pilot projects to assess the viability and benefits of adopting new technologies. Skills & Requirements Lead and manage the Salesforce development team, providing technical guidance and mentoring. Design and implement robust Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
