We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Account Executive with tech or SaaS sales experience who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This is a full-cycle sales executive role selling via phone, email and virtual calls with weekly travel to our partners in the Dallas Area. You will sell into startups, mid-market or enterprise based on your experience and qualifications. It's important that you value working hard towards a shared objective and can work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full cycle sales via phone, email, and virtual calls
  • Sell into startups, mid-market, or enterprise
  • Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual quotas
  • Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Overcome customer objections
  • Value diversity within the team and with customers
  • Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Tech or SaaS sales experience
  • Ability to commute to New Braunfels on a semi-frequent occasion
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas
  • Diligent and organized management of your sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to overcome individual and customer objections
  • Resilient personality that perseveres in the face of challenges
  • Can ask for help when you need it and will offer to help your team when they need it

Preferred:

  • Experience with IBM Sales

  • Experience closing 7-10+ deals per month
  • Comfort with annual quotas that range from $750,000 - $1million+
