We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Account Executive with tech or SaaS sales experience who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This is a full-cycle sales executive role selling via phone, email and virtual calls with weekly travel to our partners in the Dallas Area. You will sell into startups, mid-market or enterprise based on your experience and qualifications. It's important that you value working hard towards a shared objective and can work independently and as a team. Responsibilities: - Conduct full cycle sales via phone, email, and virtual calls
- Sell into startups, mid-market, or enterprise
- Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual quotas
- Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Overcome customer objections
- Value diversity within the team and with customers
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements - Bachelor's degree
- Tech or SaaS sales experience
- Ability to commute to New Braunfels on a semi-frequent occasion
- Proven track record of meeting quotas
- Diligent and organized management of your sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to overcome individual and customer objections
- Resilient personality that perseveres in the face of challenges
- Can ask for help when you need it and will offer to help your team when they need it
Preferred: - Experience with IBM Sales

- Experience closing 7-10+ deals per month
- Comfort with annual quotas that range from $750,000 - $1million+
