Position: Sales Account Executive

Location: NYC, NY | Remote East Coast (Candidate must be willing to travel within US for workshops and meetings please submit candidates with all-inclusive rates)

Duration: Contract

Client: Nagarro - 3 Technical Video Interviews

Experience: 16-18 Years Of Experience

Rate: Depending upon experience.

Must have skills: Marketing, Pre-sales support, Retail & CPG - General Experience, Lead the sales for Digital BU / IXM practice in the NA region - Get leads and potential new clients in the IXM domain - able to speak about the DXP and Customer Data platform landscape - prefer to have experience with Adobe experience cloud or sitecore - prefer to have worked in CDPs (some tools like segment, blueconic, etc.)

The need we have opened asks for people with experience in specific skills/areas.

  • Digital experience platforms like Adobe, Sitecore, Acquia
  • Customer Data platforms
  • D2C/B2C or B2B2C use cases
  • Retail or CPG, from a domain perspective, is nice to have

16-18 years of experience who is hungry for growth and fits within our setup, which is still a fast-growing practice. Anyone coming from a more extensive setup may not be motivated enough to drive things from the ground up - this is something key we need to watch out for.

Job Description:

Skills:

- Must have more than 12 years of experience in sales

- Should have worked with one or more Digital technologies like CMS, Marketing, CDP, Personalization, Loyalty

- Should have operated in one of more of the following domains

- Retail, CPG, FMCG

- Should speak fluent English. Any other language is nice to have

- Willing to travel to client offices for meetings and proposals

Responsibilities:

- Conducting market research to identify opportunities possibilities

- Should be able to evaluate customer needs

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities (via networking, social media, and other means)

- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to needs and creating a mapping with Digital group offerings

- Prepare and deliver presentations to the clients

- Work with the pre-sales team to curate proposals

- Participate in conferences on behalf of the BU and identify opportunities

- Negotiate and close deals with the clients

- Continue to keep in touch with the key client stakeholders and identify the additional scope of work
