We are looking for a growth-mindset oriented, high-performing Account Executive with a desire to join and help build our strong team. You will be responsible for developing new business and expanding our existing customers in industrial, blue collar industries.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of bringing on new business, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and hitting quotas. This person is a true owner of their territory and loves the challenges and opportunities that come with prospecting in a competitive market. They are also creative with problem solving, open to feedback, constantly learning especially from our customers, works well with others, and takes pride in their work.

You will get a chance to work with sales leaders that have helped drive other sales organizations to IPOs and acquisitions, and have developed many sales professionals into managers and executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to closing the deal.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking, and ask thoughtful questions to help qualify and progress deals
  • Persuasively demo products to prospective clients and understand where they see value and have concerns
  • Help buyers navigate the buying process to identify and eliminate potential obstacles or concerns
  • Accurately forecast your pipeline quarterly
  • Constantly provide feedback to leadership on what is and isnt working, along with recommendations on how to improve effectiveness
  • Properly manage your time to maximize growth
  • While collaborating with Customer Success, remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs, help solve needs, and look for new expansion opportunities
  • Effectively manage accounts and contacts in Hubspot and Voze

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as an account executive
  • Ideally at least 1 year of experience selling into industrial, blue collar industries
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge
