Sales Account Manager

A Sales Account Manager is a professional responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients or customers to drive sales and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to ensure that products or services meet customer expectations.
Address and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly, maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
IGCSE or American Diploma is a MUST
