We are seeking a driven sales and marketing administrator to join a fast paced, successful team. You will report into the VP of Growth and work cross functionally in the team.

Requirements

  • Provide support to the sales team, marketing team and deal owners throughout the entire sales process
  • Support in preparation for new business assessment and meetings
  • Prepare, format and coordinate sales proposals and scope of works, as directed by deal owners
  • Prepare and coordinate agreements and MNDAs, as directed by deal owners
  • Prepare, submit and project manage internal research requests
  • Coordinate and project manage relevant deliverables, communications and timelines pertaining to sales deliverables
  • Coordinate event preparation, including scheduling attendance, aggregating target lists, and booking meetings
  • Coordinate the social media and content calendar, including scheduling posts, coordinating copy, testing of client emails etc.
  • Provide support to the marketing team, such as administering tools and updating/formatting sales material
  • Provide support in administering HubSpot, including routing inbound leads
  • Manage department administrative hygiene, such as minute taking during meetings and correct filing of documents within company and CRM systems
  • Coordinate the completion of weekly team and deal reporting
