We'll teach you how to set opportunities for the Sales team and then how to sell B2B building maintenance solutions. You'll work closely with the Sales team to learn and support the bid process as well as follow-up communications as you grow.

Here's what you'll be doing on a weekly basis:

  • Identify sales targets by making proactive phone calls, field visits, and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate opportunities for Sales.
  • Can you use a CRM system and emailing platform? Great! If you enjoy social media and marketing...even better!
  • When you achieve objectives, you have the opportunity to get PROMOTED and you'll be earning even more incentive compensation ($100k+)
  • Use your creativity to schedule appointment with prospects, communicate with lost accounts and try to get them back, and take a look at our competitors to identify their weaknesses and our opportunities!

Working Conditions

  • This is an on-site position.
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Business Casual Dress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of successful sales and/or support work experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Cold calling/prospecting experience is a plus!
  • Good attitude a MUST!
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platform experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Prior history of building and establishing relationships
  • Capable of working independently and as a part of a team

  • Base salary ($30k) plus commissions and bonuses (OTE $40-60k+) with a goal to move up to a Sales Executive position making OTE $100k +
  • Mileage reimbursed up to $300 per pay period
  • No weekends, no overnight travel or holiday work.
