Sales Associate

SoftTrend is urgently looking for Sales Associates to work in the Telemarketing department, Egypt, UAE and KSA accounts.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers over the phone with the aim of promoting and selling products or services. You will be an essential part of the sales and marketing team, contributing to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Outbound Calls.
Product/Service Knowledge.
Lead Qualification.
Customer Relationship Management.
Record Keeping
Feedback and follow-Up:
Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines

Qualifications:

Candidates must be fluent in the English language.
Graduates and undergraduates (4th year university)
Package up to 10,000 LE.
