Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Providing customers with an elite level of customer service.
- Maintain dealership/manufacturer standards for CSI.
- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify the customers needs.
- Communicates with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Builds productive working relationships with fellow employees through clear communication.
- Maintains composure and courtesy in dealing with customers and fellow employees.
- Has an approachable style that fosters communication through active listening.
- Speaks clearly, concisely, and effectively.
Qualifications include but are not limited to: - Completes a minimum of 50 daily customer follow up post visit phone calls sales.
- Completes and sends Thank You cards to every customer who buys a vehicle.
- Completes and sends Birthday Cards to previous customers.
- Attends and assists with Love Promise Champion events
- Helps to monitor and respond to customer reviews on social media and google.
- Proficient in computer data entry
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.
- Inquiries about the customers satisfaction with their visit.
- Takes required action to immediately resolve any questions or customer concerns.
- Build value in positive customer survey feedback.
- Log and track customer contact and survey feedback.
