Sales Development Manager (SDM)
Department:Agency Channel
Company:(For- India's Leading Life Insurance Company)
Role and Responsibilities:
- The key responsibility of SDM is to build a high performing distribution network of financial consultants and enable them to sell life insurance policies.
- Identify & Recruit right quality Advisors to build a strong advisor base.
- Provide training on products, business process & selling techniques continuously.
- Provide assistance to advisor in lead generation, prospecting & business development.
- Achieve the business target each month for generating new business & advisor recruitment.
- Ensure that advisors provide right financial solutions to customer as per need analysis and they adhere to require business processes and norms.
- Constant follow ups with clients for any service related query.
Required candidate profiles from: -Any Field Sales / Insurance/ Banking/ Finance/ BFSI Sales/ FMCG Sales/ Telecom Sales/ Real Estate Sales/ Pharma/ Automobile
Job Criteria:
Experience:Minimum experience should be 2 years in any Sales
Educational Qualification-- Any Graduation
Salary: 2.20 Lakhs to3 Lakhs (Per Annum)
AgeLimit: 22- 38 Years
