Our client is a NEEQ listed leading electronic manufacturer as one of Apple’s suppliers in China, besides, they also have Foxconn, Lenovo, BYD, and many other customers. The job description is as below:



 



Essential Functions:



• Develop new business in an assigned geographical area and/or market segment. Mainly focus on electrically conductive elastomers and die cutting products for the consumer electronics industry.



• Manage account customer relationships; provide the solution to critical operational issues. Involve Operation team and Customer Service team for issue resolving and new project implementation.



 



Scope and Accountability:



• Regular visit customers and identify new business opportunities.



• Develop and maintain account relationships within and across the customer’s organization.



• Establish a long-term strategic partnership with clients, account management, bid management, and contract negotiation.



• Achieve the sales target assigned by the office on a monthly/yearly basis.



• Share valuable market information within the team and the network for management strategic decision making;



• Develop extensive knowledge of the customers’ industry



• Regularly review with customers on the achievement of performance outcomes, organize the regular meeting with the operations team.



 



Qualification Requirements:



• Bachelor’s degree, major in Engineering/Sales Marketing related preferred.



• Relevant sales working experience in consumer electronics components manufacturing industry, familiar with consumer electronics components supply chain.



• Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, leading, optimistic personality and capable to work in a team



• Good command of English (written & spoken), excellent presentation skill, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills



• Good PC skills, e.g. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
