HPM Sales Enablement Director
Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring is transforming healthcare delivery. In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Are you passionate about equipping a national sales team with break-through strategies and tools? In this role you will lead a team to build best-in-class sales enablement capabilities, support a national sales team of >100 account managers, equipping them with programs, tools and capabilities to win with our customers.
You will lead the strategy and performance:
The Sales Enablement Director is responsible for managing a team to support the sales team in their customer engagements. This spans national customer strategies, sales programs, collateral and tooling. The Sales Enablement team will generate Installed Base and Competitive account insights to establish strategies and playbooks. They will work in partnership with the product and service marketers and training teams to drive the business / portfolio objectives, and train the sales team on key initiatives. The Sales Enablement team will play an active role in shaping key account engagements (account-based marketing) and provide hands-on support for these engagements.
You will own the key deliverables and execution:
Capture voice of the Sales team & customer insights to inform strategy Customer segmentation & sales strategies / playbooks Sales programs and training Sales collateral and tooling Account-based marketing plans for key accounts Key customer engagement support (story-lining, presentations) Customer success stories, KOLs, reference sites
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelors degree and 15+ years of industry experience Master's Degree preferred Successful strategic marketing and marketing analysis including understanding of approach & tools Expertise in building & executing marketing and sales programs with field-based sales teams Experience in sales / marketing within healthcare, medical technology products or solutions Results-oriented and commercial thinking Team leadership experience History of success in a complex matrix environment
