About the role

We are looking for a driven sales superstar with a desire to win new accounts and provide a world class experience to current customers. You will be supporting our expansion of the North American market, as part of an established, world-renowned SaaS travel technology startup. The right individual is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and will join our growing team in the position of Sales Executive. You will also be in commutable distance to our NY office 1-2 times a week.

Our Sales team are responsible for maintaining and growing our market leading position, selling our solutions to independent hotels around the world, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

  • Adopt a market leader outlook, with ownership for the sales in your assigned territory
  • Selling the full Triptease solution. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiations to close and transitioning clients to the customer success team supported by the wider team and VP of Sales, NORAM & LATAM.
  • We care deeply about our customers and are committed to providing them with the best service and experience. Were looking for someone who can understand customer needs, build trust and create lasting relationships
  • Conduct market territory and market-specific research and become a trusted resource for your prospects and colleagues
  • Provide accurate forecasts to the Triptease Sales leadership team
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including Marketing, Customer Success and our Product Teams to develop our market strategy and maximise brand impact
  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Continuously demonstrate a hunter sales mentality!

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing sales role
  • Ideally experience in a Technology focused industry
  • You thrive in a fast paced, accountable, sales environment: prospecting, building pipelines and closing business.
  • Your communication skills are outstanding - you consistently stand-out as a relationship builder amongst your peers
  • You have a positive attitude and an incredible work ethic

Salary - $50,000 - $60,000 + Uncapped OTE
