Are you an experienced Sales Executive working with health systems, community health centers, and government agencies? Do you have a proven track record of delivering results? Are you passionate about bringing care to the people who need it most?


RESPONSIBILITIES | ACCOUNTABILITIES

The job responsibilities of our Sales Executive - Mobile Health include, but are not limited to:

  • Selling our portfolio of mobile health solutions
  • Managing all activity via Hubspot, our CRM platform
  • Collaborating with Marketing & Creative to create compelling solutions that meet your prospects goals
  • Partnering with Design & Production, as needed, to ensure alignment on concept and budget
  • Seamless handoff of relationship to Program Management Team
  • Providing competitive intelligence to colleagues
  • Staying abreast of industry trends / innovations to ensure we are delivering solutions that deliver on client KPIs
  • Developing and nurturing a robust pipeline of opportunity
  • Creating program pricing / budgets / contracts for review and approval by COO
  • Contributing to a culture where Everybody Sells
  • Up to 40% Travel

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience / Skills:

  • Empathy and strong listening skills
  • 5 years experience in a sales
  • No fear when it comes to knocking on doors
  • Ability to translate a prospects vision into a comprehensive, actionable plan
  • Comfort with very direct communication; You are clear, upfront and concise
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Strong moral compass
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot

Preferred Experience

  • Working with / adjacent to Healthcare / Hospital systems, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Community Health Centers (CHC), and Government Agencies
  • Experience with government grant processes

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Client NPS Scores
  • Revenue & Profit for programs sold
  • Number of pitches delivered to qualified leads

Salary - $75,000-100,000 base salary + unlimited commission


This position is based in the Philly area; candidates must live in the area or be open to relocation. This is an on-site position that will report to the Director of Sales.
