Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Intern who will be responsible for promoting and selling the services of our apparel cataloguing studio to small and medium-sized apparel retailers. As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for contributing to revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential customers, and working closely with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Codevelop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base in the apparel retail industry.
- Identify and prioritise target customers based on their size, location, and specific needs.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Identify customer pain points and propose solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with potential customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to provide feedback on customer needs and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent sales experience.
- 0-1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the apparel retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate the value of our solution to potential customers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and propose solutions to customer pain points.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Ability to travel to meet potential customers as needed.
