Job Description:
Experience in integrating cross-functional IT/BPS/KPO/Consulting solutions, with acumen for targeting business drivers in the industry domain.
Thorough approach towards running strategic sales cycle with executive leaders and CXOs.
Ability to engage with large, global and diverse teams for getting sales and solutioning support.
Ability to coach these teams towards value articulation and proposal building for clients.
Comfortable with uncertainty, and ability to constantly create and qualify action plans towards objective sales outcomes.
At least 10 years of directly relevant experience.
