We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Lead to join CCH, our logistics company based in Hawaii. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset with a proven track record in logistics management and will be responsible for driving new revenue opportunities and keeping prospects engaged. This person will bring their exceptional communications skills to positively impact the day-to-day sales operations of the company. This individual will be tasked with growing top line revenue for one of the top shipping, warehousing and courier companies in the State of Hawaii.


Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing
    • Source new customer targets, clean and enrich existing leads, and identify decision makers at targeted companies.
    • Approach customer targets through various channels (e.g. phone calls, emails, mail, texting, conferences, social selling) to open opportunities.
    • Conduct initial qualification of leads in order to communicate CCHs capabilities and uncover prospect pain points and needs
    • Set appointments with acquisition targets for the CEO to close the business
    • Update and maintain accurate records in a CRM
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders
    • Track projects and regularly report back to Managing Director of CCH and Obran Central
    • Attend internal calls and meetings with other team members and divisions.
    • Build relationships with prospective customers, local logistics professionals, and stay up-to-date on industry developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with a preference for sales, marketing, GTM, business development, logistics, or any other related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in an outreach focused role, including but not limited to an inside sales role or in business development.
  • Strong prospecting and sales skills, including cold calling and emailing.
  • Self-motivated, able to work both independently and in teams in order to solve problems, with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Experience collaborating with a team and delivering results in a complex, strategic setting.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Passion for economic equity.
  • Knowledge of 3PL market changes and forces that can influence the company is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, work at the specific location required and flexibility to respond to sales needs.

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position and includes both base salary and on-target sales earnings. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, net disposable income, and performance. The range listed is one component of Obrans total compensation package for employees/members. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Cooperative Membership, an open Paid Time Off policy.
