Sales Leader
to join our team and drive sales growth. As a Sales Leader, you will have the opportunity to open doors, develop a network, lead a team of brokers, conduct sales meetings, and monitor the performance of the team. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.


What can you expect:

Open doors and develop a network to identify new business opportunities and maximize sales potential.
Lead a team of brokers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
Conduct sales meetings to align the team and drive sales strategies.
Monitor the performance of the team, consisting of 5 people, and provide feedback and support for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Travel as needed, approximately 30% of the time.


What we would like you to have:

Extroverted character who enjoys meeting people.
Sales experience, with experience in insurance being a plus.
Willingness to travel.
University degree (Economy or Finance)
Must be based in Bratislava.
