The Role:

As a Sales Manager, for the Outbound Team, youll play a critical role in refining and accelerating Paros Outbound sales strategy. You will join a rapidly growing team and be involved in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires as well as lead a team that supports the entire organization primarily through true outbound cold prospecting and outreach to generate leads and close on new logos. In addition to this your team will also be responsible for qualifying marketing leads and expanding current accounts that drive revenue growth through exceeding quota.

Outbound Responsibilities:

  • Shape evolution of Paros new customer acquisition strategy as member of Sales Leadership team by generating and maintaining a healthy top of the funnel pipeline with your BDRs and AEs, and performing to new logo acquisition quotas and expansion goals within current clients
  • Become a subject matter expert in Paros disruptive business model, combining prior experience with our suite of solutions to solve market pain points
  • Manufacture momentum and organic enthusiasm that is contagious across the sales team (and spills over to the company as a whole)
  • Hone conversion and monetization strategies in concert with your BDRs, Account Executives, and Managers
  • Find efficiencies and opportunities to drive ROI through process adjustments
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to continually improve support for client & prospect base
  • Recruit, interview, and build out your team with new hires with extensive support from internal People/Recruiting function as well as Sales leadership
  • Own your teams pipeline forecast and execution on new business forecasts
  • Roll up your sleeves through hands-on coaching, call shadowing, and role playing as well as organize and lead recurring team meetings, and participate in broader cross-Sales meetings / events
  • Lead all manner of performance conversations, including celebrating wins, holding team members accountable and giving difficult feedback to those who are not meeting expectations
  • Remove roadblocks from your sales team through tactics ranging from technical automation to closing knowledge gaps, and improving cross-functional processes
  • Optimize rep-specific sales funnels in conjunction with Managers, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Enablement through analytical rigor - yes, were Salesforce geeks - as well as qualitative observations
  • Drive cross functional collaboration with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Product, Customer Success and Marketing, among other internal stakeholders
  • Manage account executives through their Paro careers, helping them achieve their goals and develop as sales professionals

How youll add value:

  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with exposure to consultative and solution-based selling methodologies
  • Established track record of exceeding quota targets, with teams performing above peer teams at recent/current employer
  • Thrive leading and coaching in a consultative/strategic sales environment
  • Will be ambitious, able to build trust, motivated, think outside the box
  • Possess exceptional listening, organization, presentation, and business strategy skills
  • Analytical mindset comfortable identifying data trends and making actionable recommendations
