RideNow Powersports in Concord, NC is seeking an experienced and motivated Powersports Sales Manager to join our winning team.


The ideal candidate has proven success in Powersports Management such as: Desk Management, F&I Experience, Floor Management, and Closing Ability. Add knowledge of everything powersports, superb training and team building skills,

Duties:

  • Meet company objectives for sales and set individual targets with your team
  • Track and report sales and performance daily
  • Structure deals, present numbers, close deals
  • Assist General Manager with operational functions including inventory, accounting audits, performing managerial calls to customers, interviewing potential new team members, and more.
  • Ensure that the facility is running smoothly, whatever those tasks may be, whether it is working with a guest, moving bikes and vehicles, cleaning up the showroom, administrative duties, reports, etc. The words "not my job" are not part of this team
  • Develop your sales team through motivation, product knowledge, education, and process training
  • Ensure customer care and satisfaction by providing outstanding service and promptly resolving customer concerns and questions
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in a powersports or automotive dealership environment (a minimum of 2 years must have been in a management role to be considered for this opportunity)
  • Experience in F&I
  • Strong personal interest in and knowledge of powersports
  • CRM/DMS/Desking experience
  • Motorcycle endorsement preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistent and stable work history.
  • Must have a strong knowledge of the powersports market and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data.
