**Position Overview:**

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives remotely. This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $120,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including 401k, dental, and vision coverage.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Lead and motivate a remote team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance overall business performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to ensure the success and development of the sales team.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales management or a related field, preferably in the wireless wholesale and distribution industry.
- Demonstrated track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a remote team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred but not required.
