Qualifications:

• Prior experience selling services in the Staffing / RPO Industry
• Proven track record of success in obtaining and maintaining new clients
• Understanding of recruitment practices and the ability to design and deliver sourcing strategies and plans
• Superior written and verbal communications skills and highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines. Flexible and open to changing priorities.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
