The Role:

Due to the significant growth and success that our White Label team is experiencing, we are looking to bring on a Sales Manager as we continue to scale and grow our organization. You will report to our Director of Sales and work with our White Label Leadership team to build a first-class, data-driven, and highly efficient and productive sales organization as we continue accelerating our growth trajectory. This role will oversee Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives targeting a defined market of Professional Services organizations, including Public Accounting (CPA), Advisory, and Consulting Firms. In addition, you will strategize on the most effective ways to execute against our sales & growth plans on a day-to-day, month-to-month, and quarter-to-quarter basis.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert in Paros disruptive business model, combining prior experience with our suite of solutions to solve market pain points
  • Manufacture momentum and organic enthusiasm that is contagious across the White Label Team (and spills over to the company as a whole)
  • Hone conversion and monetization strategies in concert with your Account Executives and SDRs
  • Find efficiencies and opportunities to drive ROI through process adjustments
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to continually improve support for White Label client & prospect base
  • Own your teams pipeline forecast and execution on new business forecasts
  • Lead all manner of performance conversations, including celebrating wins, holding team members accountable and giving difficult feedback to those who are not meeting expectations
  • Remove roadblocks from your Sales team through tactics ranging from technical automation to closing knowledge gaps, and improving cross-functional processes
  • Optimize rep-specific sales funnels in conjunction with Managers, Sales Operations, and Enablement through analytical rigor - yes, were Salesforce geeks - as well as qualitative observations

Who you are:

  • B2B sales experience and in leading Sales Teams, ideally with exposure to consultative and solution-based selling Methodologies
  • Established track record of exceeding quota targets, with teams performing above peer teams at recent/current employer
  • DNA as an executor who is prone to action
    • Documented success in scaling and advancing sales strategies, processes, KPIs and adoption
    • Highly skilled executor with the ability to identify and set an actionable course to capture it, and drive results across the finish line
  • Thrive leading and coaching in a highly consultative/strategic sales environment
  • 2+ years experience in sales leadership including in a high growth tech company - an understanding of the trajectory of start-ups would be more culturally aligned than large corporate experience
  • Secondary comfort working with sales leaders, sales representatives, sales operations, and other Sales stakeholders
  • Experience working with and influencing senior leaders

Benefits at Paro:

  • Compensation - The starting base salary for this position is $120,000 plus variable incentive, and equity options in Paro
  • Benefits - We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield), dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Paro currently does not match 401(k).
