We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Sales Manager(link removed) In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing revenues within the customer base of assigned market segments.




Responsibilities:



  • Manage specific group sale segments and social catering bookings.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Sales and Catering Action Plan.

  • Achieve individual and team sales goals within assigned market segments.

  • Maintain effective communication within the hotel and review sales work files.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting.

  • Utilize Brand Tools and programs to drive sales.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction within assigned accounts.

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.

  • Report to the Director of Sales.

  • Develop strategies to achieve catering sales goals.

  • Reach out to potential clients through appointments or cold calls.

  • Assess catering needs and propose suitable options.

  • Prepare proposals and negotiate sales contracts.



Requirements:



  • High integrity and professionalism.

  • Minimum of three years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with corporate transient industry experience.

  • Strong understanding of distribution channels and RFP processes.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Proven ability in customer qualification and negotiation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM sales databases.

  • Familiarity with web browsers and search engine research.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
