Were looking for a Public Segment National Sales Manager to join our Genlyte Mexico team in Mexico City

As a National Sales Manager for the Public Segment, youll be responsible for growing Road and Street Sales, Connectivity, and Sports Sales in Mexico.

What youll do


Delivers on operational targets as defined by Commercial Leader of the channel
Manages sales team to achieve sales targets and implement
Manages customer's offer performance
Achieves revenue, margins, and sales productivity efficiency targets within the assigned geographical area.
Implement a winning distribution strategy for the Mxico


Your qualifications



8+ years of proven track record in key account management and consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology industry


8+ years of a strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products & services to accounts


Experience in selling complex offerings consisting of multiple building blocks e.g., diverse hardware, software, servicing


Key account planning skills and focus on strategic relationship development


Skilled in one-to-many negotiations, able to create demand for solutions by leveraging empathy and trust-based relationships


Financial acumen and commercial savviness
