Job Description - Position: Sales Manager ( Interior Designing )
- Education: Bachelors /Post Graduate Degree in Sales & Marketing, Interior Designing or related field
- Experience : 5-8 years
- Skills requirements : Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of interior design principles and products.
- Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and maintain sales forecasts and budgets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Sales Process Oversight:
- Monitor the entire sales process, from lead generation to project completion.
- Ensure that sales team members follow best practices and company standards.
- Collaboration with Design Team:
- Coordinate with interior designers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate client requirements and preferences to the design team.
- Budget: As per Industrial Standard
