The Role: The ABM Associate is a hybrid marketing and sales position responsible for researching, engaging and converting high-value target accounts showing intent to purchase assessment software and interest in our product suite.

Unlike traditional sales development roles, there is no cold calling, emailing or social outreach. Instead, this role uses a data-driven, account-based approach to drive demand, including:

  • Research: You will research target accounts, identifying likely pain points and understanding their popular roles and cultural values, as well as identifying specific contacts and likely buying committees at these organizations. Youll use the leading SaaS marketing tools to facilitate this research, gaining valuable experience on all of these applications.
  • Outreach: You will set-up and deploy ABM campaigns to target accounts leveraging a suite of enterprise marketing tools. Youll write compelling and relevant display ad copy, automated and manual email sequences and personalized social outreach to drive qualified contacts from target organizations to relevant content on the website.
  • Content: You will recommend the repositioning of existing content and the creation of new content to appeal to these organizations, from custom reports on specific roles, industries and challenges, to webinars, white papers, blogs and more.
  • Engagement: You will use the leading CRM and a suite of enterprise sales and marketing tools to facilitate engagement with content and follow-up on passive conversions, all with an eye towards driving qualified leads from target accounts to book meetings with AEs.

The kind of stuff youll do:

  • Research companies and build targeted prospect lists
  • Write awesome emails that encourage prospects to respond
  • Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers
  • Overcome objections and persuade prospects to learn more about our product
  • Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for our Sales Executives
  • Update all prospect interaction in Salesforce CRM
  • Work closely with sales and marketing leadership
  • Professionally represent the HighMatch brand, vision, and values at all times


How you will know if you are successful:

  • You will achieve or exceed top of funnel demand generation goals every month
  • You will hit or exceed our targets around scheduled/completed meetings every month
  • Prospects will talk about how insightful you are and how you helped them solve a problem they didnt realize could be solved

Requirements

  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction
  • Skilled with using a variety of web technologies
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional writing skills
