Job Description:
We are currently seeking a creative and driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Harry's Flowers. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Work with Management to establish annual promotions, marketing and execution strategies
- Update new products to companys website and other online sales sites including Wechat and Instagram
- Create content for companys website and conduct daily management of the social media accounts of the company, including creating content, scheduling posts, managing customer reviews and engaging with followers to grow our online presence
- Assist in compiling and distributing statistical and financial information for management to make informed business decisions
- Conduct customer survey to identify customers interests and preferences
- Responsible for managing online sales and processing online orders including ensuring timely fulfilment of all online orders
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and partnerships to drive customer engagement and sales
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts
- Perform all other related tasks as needed

Requirements:

- A university degree or college diploma
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related role, experience in the floral industry is an asset
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, etc.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies
- Knowledge of products, marketing and sales practices & policies, as well as the ability to coordinate promotional activities and special events is required
- Ability to research and verify sales information
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and make recommendations
- Proficiency in various visual design tools, such as Illustrator, InDesign, InVision, Adobe CS, and Typography is an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage companys social medial accounts for promoting our products
- Excellent problem-solving skills with patience and an organized approach
