Job Description
As a Sales Officer, you will be a key member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for promoting and selling Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) products to prospective customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers to acquire new CASA accounts.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the bank.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of CASA products and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their banking experience.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through referrals, networking, and outreach activities.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards during the sales process.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
