Tbot Techno Systems, an IT Solutions and Services company specializing in providing end-to-end IT Infrastructure Solutions, is seeking a Sales Operation (East Coast) to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Operation specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales operations strategy, collaborating closely with sales teams and cross-functional departments to increase sales productivity and optimize sales processes. You will play a key role in driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales operations strategy to drive the company's business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and increase sales productivity
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights to sales teams
• Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely product deliveries to customers
• Develop and maintain sales forecasting and pipeline management tools to help the sales team track leads and opportunities
• Implement and manage CRM systems to ensure accurate sales data and reporting
• Provide training and support to sales teams on sales tools, processes and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations Management, preferably in the IT industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in developing and executing sales processes, tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting methodologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Must be located on the East Coast of the United States.
