Overview:

The Revenue Operations team works across the Revenue organization to establish, manage, and continuously optimize scalable processes that drive the long-term growth of Measurabl. We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven thinker who is well-versed in sales operations and can manage our sales processes and data to optimize performance.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Accountable for accurate data in corporate systems. Verify accuracy of user-input data (i.e., quality control for closed opportunities and order activation)
  • Manage and maintain our sales systems and tools, including our CRM and sales automation tools. Collaborate with IT and Operations to continuously improve system architecture and remove bottlenecks
  • Serve as the primary business representative to advocate for improvements to the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage and optimize our sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance to the Sales Leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive business growth
  • Develop and manage sales forecasting and pipeline management processes

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Strong Salesforce administration experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve business goals
  • Knowledge of sustainability or environmental management is a plus
  • A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above

Compensation Range:

  • $100,724 to $123,107+DOE plus commissions
