Job Title: Sales Operations Manager



Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for owning and driving the implementation of a range of sales operations tools, processes, initiatives, and projects.  



Responsibilities:




  • Own (link removed) and build solutions based on industry best practices

  • Provision new users, manage workflows, manage system configuration, and general end-user assistance for Salesforce instance

  • Maintain and support Salesforce 3rd party app integrations and be an admin from a systems perspective for all  tools that integrate with SFDC - Pardot, Apollo.io, Zendesk, Zoom.us, LeanData, and Gong.io

  • Create, maintain, and publish weekly and quarterly reports and dashboards for sales team and senior management

  • Someone with a natural curiosity about technology: There will be days and even weeks spent “fiddling” with the database, analyzing what works, and trying to figure out how to get the system to do what you need it to do

  • Juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once while keeping tight and ever-changing deadlines

  • Collaborate cross functionally in providing hands-on training to sales users on models and processes



Requirements:




  • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience with leading multiple complex initiatives from conception to execution in a fast-paced work environment

  • Must be a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and an Advanced Excel user

  • Experience in designing, coding, and implementing APEX code Triggers, Classes, Components, etc, Visualforce and Lightning components, SOQL and SOSL languages would be a plus

  • Minimum 3 years experience with NetSuite would be a plus

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Work effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines. Can adapt quickly to changes and possesses strong work ethic

  • Able to roll up your sleeves to get things done; highly proactive and able to follow through
